The Position

Group Communications (GC) is responsible for creating a lasting positive image of Roche and are representing the company's voice on a Group level: We communicate Roche’s strategy and how we deliver on our purpose of “Doing now what patients need next” to Roche colleagues and external audiences. We drive integrated and global campaigns to engage with audiences.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Provide support for the development and maintenance of the roche.com and roche.xx websites

  • Define and validate requirements for upcoming features and components

  • Develop and/or implement scripts for automation and testing

  • Develop and implement strategies for analytics and SEO

  • Supporting the migration of roche.xx websites to a new platform

  • Stakeholder engagement and gathering of technical requirements

  • Writing of technical documentation and training materials

  • Supporting with diverse tasks as needed in the team

Who you are:

  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a non-hierarchical, self-organizing environment

  • Strong team player, highly collaborative with a ‘can-do’ attitude eager to further develop creative skills and abilities

  • Ability to deal with different activities at the same time, a flexible attitude to work and strong prioritization skills

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Basic web development experience including familiarity with web development languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript

  • High interest in latest web technologies and always willing to learn
